Romanillos and his merry band for their beautiful, convincing
animation. Shan Yu and his warriors were the best part of the movie. The
grace, strength and realism of their movements--and the personalities hinted
with such short screen time--were an inspiration.
The Huns in Mulan are silent, wolflike, and perhaps some of the most
beautifully animated characters ever to appear in a Disney Film.
They flash across the screen in sepia tones and...pouf! Gone! (Leaving us
wanting more.)
